I am having similar problems with an order I made 3 months ago. Took my money then little-to-no communication since. I've raised 4 tickets and had one response saying my order will be filled at the end of January (it's now the end of Feb and no response).
These guys make great headsets but their support and communication is appalling, and I don't think they will last because of it. I've already advised a few friends not to purchase because of the poor support. What can you do?
