I am having similar problems with an order I made 3 months ago. Took my money then little-to-no communication since. I've raised 4 tickets and had one response saying my order will be filled at the end of January (it's now the end of Feb and no response).


These guys make great headsets but their support and communication is appalling, and I don't think they will last because of it. I've already advised a few friends not to purchase because of the poor support. What can you do?

I generally ordered January 29th (also 8k plus with valve controllers). silence on request, they do not respond to tickets. Money was taken and silence.

And why do you write that their holidays end at the end of February, I read on the Internet that on February 1 it was all over.

the CNY wil finish on the 11 i think, then they have to restart the manufactory and then start to ship something.... I think we will wait one more month more or less.... :(
