Have seen all videos of CES 2020. Am interested only for flight sims use. It appears that the Pimax Artisan is good for the price but there are some errors in specs. 140° or 170° FOV? Price for Nolo tracking system? Would this be enough for flight sims (sharp instruments, aso). Is with any Pimax one Base station enough to see fully upwards and back to tail? No system to choose one Base station or only one controller or any other extras/options to put in buying cart.. writing to support takes a lot of time to have a response and the response they give you is practically what you already know seeing the product. Specific questions are not replied so CHOICE becomes difficult. Hope this helps to change all the product confusion and hope someone can reply to me. Pimax is surely the best consumer product but support should also be.
Thank you for posting this topic. Let us clarify the questions you asked above.
Artisan has 140 horizontal and 170 diagonal.
Nolo tracking system haven't online on the webstore. But we will make it happen real soon.
Artisan actually do well in flight sims but with lower resolution. If you looking to get the best experience,we will suggest 8KX.
One base station is enough for the setup, but prevent any lost track, we are suggest you get 2 base stations. (Sometimes environment will be one of the factor)
Currently we are not upload the controller nor base stations for sales. It will only come in bundle pack/via upgrade plan. But in future, we will do real soon. Please kindly spare us some times
If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. You are always welcome to drop us a text.
