OK，We need the S/N number for the quality of tracking(on the bottom of HMD).
my colleague vivi will help you to apply a replace headset for you.
She will give you a return label to collect your faulty HMD.
there are two option for you:
1.after we receive the faulty one,we send you a replace headset.
2.hotswap service: we can send you a new one first just after you paid the deposit 538$,when we receive the faulty one,we will refund the whole depoist.
